Moshe Benshaul Founder and Chariman of the board |

| Dr. Moshe Benshaul founded the ILEX GROUP in 1984 and since has led the group to success as its CEO and Chairman. Dr. Benshaul developed the group from a diagnostic supplier for the laboratory market in Israel to a multinational business group, covering most of Europe and South Africa, dealing with medical device diagnostic equipment, medical data management and lately the owner and sole franchisee for GNC vitamins in South Africa and Israel. Prior to founding ILEX, Dr. Benshaul was group country manager for Instrumentation Laboratory (IL) a biomedical company with HQ in Lexington Mass. USA. Before this he served from 1970 as the Managing Director for the Israeli subsidiary of Varian Associates. The company developed scientific physics instrumentation for research, solid states devices, medical and industrial linear accelerators and large scale information systems. After graduating with a PhD in Biophysics from Paris University, Dr. Benshaul was in charge of the Central Laboratory of C.E.R.B.A., a biomedical group located in Paris and owned by the C.E.A (French Atomic Energy Commission). |

David Katz Operations Manager |

| David has been with Orsyx for the past 14 years and was the team leader that developed ILIMS, the flagship software that is currenty installed in more than 300 laboratories worldwide. The eL@b line of products was developed based on his experience and profound understanding of the clinical lab and its business logic. Today David heads up all the departments that deal with training, implementation, support and service, documentation and maintenance. Prior to working in Orsyx, David was a software developer in Scitex IT department for more than 5 years. David has a BSc in Mathematical & Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University. |

Jonathan Benshaul General Manager |

| Jonathan has been employed in Ilex for over 12 years, of which over 4 are in ORSYX, the software division. During his employment in Ilex, Jonathan was in charge of the company's quality assurance program and successfully led the company's ISO 9002 accreditation. While working in Ilex, Jonathan attended Medical School for PhD but was more attracted by the technology and software developments in the medical arena. After leaving medical school he developed his professional education in the newest IT environments for medical data management. Jonathan initiated the development of the new generation of eLab products. He analyzed, defined, designed the system and has managed the development team for more than 2 years of intensive and creative activity. |

Ralph Katzenell Training Manager |

Ralph has been with the ILEX group for more than 17 years, of which 14 have been in Orsyx. Ralph specializes in clinical diagnostics, analyzers and CLIMS specifications, installations and applications support for 30 different countries. Born in London, Ralph has an MSc in Analytical Chemistry (Chelsea & Imperial College, London) and laboratory experience in industry, research and in routine chemical pathology within the UK National Health Service. After 10 years experience as Analytical Chemist in Industrial and Biological laboratories, Ralph relocated to Israel in 1980. He has an interest in clinical laboratory quality control and has contributed to the specification and development of Orsyx laboratory information management systems.

Galit Katz Senior Programmer |

Galit has been with Orsyx from the day it was established 14 years ago. She is
deeply involved in the planning and development of all 3 generations of our LIMS product DOS, Windows and the new .Net version.
She planned and developed most of the interfaces used by our LIS to connect with external host systems and analyzers. Galit works closely with the customers developing and implementing creative solutions for customer requests and needs.
She has a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
